This venture aims to expand the distribution channels of Mind’s Eye Theatre LARP books and make them more accessible to World of Darkness fans.
Renowned for their inventive board games, trading cards, and role-playing games, Renegade Game Studios will utilize their expertise in sales and marketing initiatives to explore new distribution channels. By Night Studios, the pioneers behind the creation of these LARP books, will continue to spearhead their creative development.
By Night Studios’ CEO, Daphne Reeder, expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “Joining forces with Renegade opens up avenues for Mind’s Eye Theatre products that haven’t been explored in two decades. It’s a major stride forward for our community.”
The first release under this new partnership will be “Laws of the Night,” part of the Vampire LARP book series. It raised over $100,000 on Backerkit, smashing its initial goal by an astounding 450%. This update to the respected Mind’s Eye Theatre – Vampire: The Masquerade system marks the inaugural book of the series co-published and distributed by Renegade Game Studios, setting a significant precedent for future releases.
This collaborative effort is a landmark occasion for By Night Studios and its dedicated community. It promises a brighter future for LARP enthusiasts as it brings the World of Darkness LARP books back to stores, aligning RPG and LARP content more closely.
