Games Workshop reached a significant milestone on social media with half a million followers on their official Instagram account. To celebrate this achievement, they’ve unveiled the menacing silhouette of the upgraded Tyranid Deathleaper.
The Deathleaper, an upgraded Lictor bioform, is notable for its prowess in stealth and striking from shadows. As an EPIC HERO dedicated to dispatching foes in the dark, it serves as a paramount weapon of terror for the Hive Fleet. Its revamped miniature stands as one of the most stylish Tyranids to emerge from the spawning pools, with a peculiar, yet intriguing biological tailcoat.
This fearsome creature first made its appearance during the Fall of Medusa V campaign in 2006, where reports of a murderous specter revealed the new Lictor bioform. Following its absorption into Hive Fleet Leviathan, Deathleapers have continued to sprout wherever the Hive Mind aims to instill fear.
