No launch of a new edition is complete without an impressive collection of miniatures, and Leviathan certainly delivers. With a total of 72 newly designed models representing the Space Marines and Tyranids, the box set includes everything from updated Terminators and a state-of-the-art Ballistus Dreadnought, to the chittering Neurogaunts and the monstrous Screamer-Killer.
Adding to this abundance of miniatures, the Leviathan box set features a special edition, hardback book. This exclusive edition provides the complete contents of the upcoming Warhammer 40,000 Core Book and the first narrative Crusade expansion. This hefty volume contains all the rules you’ll need to play the new edition, alongside extensive background lore and miniature galleries for every major faction.
In addition, the Leviathan box set comes with a 66-card deck of Chapter Approved mission cards, excellent for generating exciting missions for competitive gameplay, and a large sheet of Space Marine insignia transfers.
To ensure as many Warhammer enthusiasts as possible can get their hands on this exciting launch box, Games Workshop has implemented a queueing system on their webstore. Additionally, customers will be restricted to purchasing a limited number of Leviathan copies at a time.
In celebration of the launch, every Leviathan set ordered from the Games Workshop webstore will include an exclusive pack of two double-sided game boards. One side portrays a ruined cityscape, while the other depicts a desolate wasteland. These extras are available while stocks last.
