Visit the World of Westeros with “Tiny Epic Game of Thrones” Now on Kickstarter

Gamelyn Games has unveiled “Tiny Epic Game of Thrones,” a strategy game inspired by the epic saga of Westeros, now live on Kickstarter. With 21 days remaining until the campaign concludes on May 1, the project has already surpassed its funding goal, raising over US$ 243,527 from its US$ 60,000 target, thanks to the backing of over 5,032 enthusiasts.

Designed for 1-5 players, the game’s duration is approximately 60 minutes, offering players a chance to either vie for the Iron Throne or unite against the Night King. The gameplay features a mix of limited-action dice selection, multi-use cards, and miniatures, all set in the captivating universe of the Seven Kingdoms.

In “Tiny Epic Game of Thrones,” participants take on the roles of leaders from the various houses in a struggle for power, influence, and survival. Players will engage in political strategies, form precarious alliances, and engage in combat, with every decision impacting the broader realm.

The game introduces four play modes across its Deluxe Game and the “Ice & Fire” Expansion:

• Competitive Multi-Player: Challenge other players for the Iron Throne.
• Competitive Solo Play: Face off against a game-generated opponent for control of the throne.
• Cooperative Multi-Player: Collaborate with other players to defeat the Night King.
• Cooperative Solo Play: Work alongside a game-generated ally to take on the Night King.

The Hand of the King Deluxe edition enhances the gaming experience with exclusive components like a playable character, Tyrion Lannister, and a detailed Iron Throne Mini, alongside tailored solo content. These special items are exclusive to the Deluxe edition and will not be available in retail stores.

The Ice & Fire Expansion introduces a cooperative mode, adding two new houses, House Targaryen and The Night’s Watch, with characters such as Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow. This expansion allows for a fifth player and extends the game’s map beyond the Wall, adding new plot cards and more.

Additionally, the Heroes Pack provides alternate leaders for the seven houses, offering varied strategic options and gameplay depth.
