Monster Fight Club Announces New Expansion: Cyberpunk Edgerunners: Combat Zone

Monster Fight Club has announced an expansion for their Cyberpunk RED: Combat Zone tabletop game titled Cyberpunk Edgerunners: Combat Zone. This expansion is inspired by the Netflix series Cyberpunk Edgerunners, developed in collaboration between CD Projekt Red and Studio Trigger.

The expansion introduces characters from the series, like Maine, David, Lucy, and Rebecca, allowing players to enact battles against Adam Smasher and the Arasaka Corporation. The Cyberpunk Edgerunners: Combat Zone expansion includes a 2-Player Starter box filled with components for immediate play, including acrylic StandUpz™, a rule book, game scenarios, a double-sided game board, scenery, game cards, dice, limiters, and tokens.

Featuring Monster Fight Club’s [RE]action System, this expansion is compatible with the existing Cyberpunk RED: Combat Zone game, enabling players to create various gameplay scenarios.

In addition to the game, Monster Fight Club will launch supporting products like miniatures for hobby enthusiasts and a special collector’s miniature depicting Adam Smasher’s introduction.

Interested parties can sign up on Monster Fight Club’s website to receive launch notifications and updates. Pre-orders begin April 16, with the game’s launch anticipated in Q4 2024.

The company is also offering a chance to win a collectible miniature named “The Moment”, featuring Smasher versus Becca, to those who sign up for launch notifications. This opportunity is available until the product launch, with winners chosen weekly.
