This week, Games Workshop is set to enrich the Warhammer universe with several releases, headlined by the Darkoath Army Set for Age of Sigmar. This set introduces new miniatures, including 20 Darkoath Marauders, five Darkoath Fellriders, a Chieftain on Warsteed, and a Wilderfiend, accompanied by a comprehensive Battletome Supplement: Darkoath.
In addition to the Darkoath set, the week will see the release of various miniatures from the Warhammer Old World series. Lady Élisse Duchaard, a new Forge World resin miniature, joins the ranks of Bretonnia as a Level 3 Wizard. She is portrayed riding her unicorn steed, Ariandir, and brings unique abilities that affect enemy leaders using magic items and special rules.
Bretonnia’s lineup is further expanded with the standalone release of a Lord on Royal Pegasus, Men at Arms, and Peasant Bowmen. These units add both strategic and aesthetic value to the Bretonnian forces, with options ranging from polearms to flaming arrows.
The Tomb Kings of Khemri make their mark with the reintroduction of the Casket of Souls and an updated Necrolith Colossus, enhancing the thematic depth of this faction with detailed models and potent battlefield capabilities.
The greenskin factions are not left out, with new additions for Orc & Goblin enthusiasts. Orc Shamans are available in both metal and plastic variants, and the classic multi-part kits for Orc Mobs and Black Orc Mobs have been updated to allow for extensive customization.
