With a remarkable average rating of 8.5 on BoardGameGeek, the game invites players to step into the vibrant universe of the iconic Masters of the Universe franchise.
In “MOTU: Battleground,” players have the opportunity to fully personalize their characters by selecting weapons, spells, and trinkets, creating combinations that are as unique as they are powerful. The game’s design integrates asymmetric elements through Fate & Glory cards that enrich the strategic depth, while mana is cleverly used to mitigate randomness, providing a controlled yet dynamic gameplay experience.
This edition introduces two new factions that promise to intensify the battles and expand the lore of the universe. Players will decide the fate of the Snake Men™ and the Preternian Heroes™ in what promises to be a memorable clash.

Additionally, backers can enjoy significant discounts, making this an ideal time to join the fray. The campaign also facilitates easier participation through a Stretch Pay option that allows contributions to be divided over six installments.
The game has already achieved a robust start, reaching its funding goal of $30,000 within just over eight minutes and currently stands at 606% funded with a total of $181,963 pledged by 723 backers.
