Award-winning game design and publishing team Flatout Games has done it again with their latest small box board games, Point City and Deep Dive. With over $150K raised on Kickstarter from an $8,000 goal and 26 days left to go, these games are proving to be a hit.

Point City, designed by Molly Johnson, Robert Melvin, and Shawn Stankewich, is a fast and fun card-drafting engine-building game for 1-4 players. It’s a follow-up to the smash hit card game Point Salad, featuring over 150 unique building cards to create a completely different city each time you play. The rules are simple, yet challenging for everyone. Select two adjacent cards from the dynamic city grid and add them to your expanding city. Use your resource cards and bonuses to construct building cards that require specific combinations. Build special civic structures to multiply your city’s points and be the top urban planner. With double-sided cards and a dynamic city grid market, each game of Point City is completely unique.

Deep Dive, designed by the same team and illustrated by Dylan Mangini, is a simple, fast, and fun push-your-luck and set collection game for 1-6 players. Use your waddle of penguins to dive deep into the ocean to amass the most bountiful collection of food. With easy-to-learn rules and a quick play time, Deep Dive is the perfect game for the whole family. Each game presents unique challenges with 160 ocean tiles to reveal.

Both Point City and Deep Dive are small box games that offer big fun for everyone, and are the latest offerings from the team that brought you the smash hits Point Salad, Calico, and Cascadia.
