With a fresh, innovative twist on card games, “Bad Baby Lich Lords” has launched a relaunch campaign on Kickstarter, where it is gaining traction among game enthusiasts. The project, inspired by popular Saturday morning cartoons, is designed for 2 to 4 players and is suitable for ages 8 and above. As of now, the game has received pledges of $7,572 of its $8,000 goal, with 153 backers onboard and 27 days left in the campaign.

“Bad Baby Lich Lords” presents a compelling storyline: players take on the roles of children of the Lich King, who has vanquished all life for his peaceful slumber. With only skeletons for company, the young Liches are bored and decide to awaken their father to win his favor. Players are required to invoke dark powers, manage unruly minions, and create enough noise to “Raise the Dad.”

Pledge levels range from $30, which includes the game’s prototype components, up to $70 for an enhanced gaming experience. The higher pledges include optional playmats that add an extra layer of depth to the game. Each player uses their own mat, which are hand printed and sewn at Deernicorn Workshop with a unique metallic ink exclusively for Kickstarter backers. The $70 pledge level includes four playmats in a striking copper metallic ink, perfect for a 3 or 4 player setup.
