Evil Genius Games Launches The Legendary Bundle on Kickstarter: New Adventures in Kong and Pacific Rim Universes
Evil Genius Games has launched a new Kickstarter project that is sure to excite tabletop RPG enthusiasts everywhere. The Legendary Bundle offers two brand new adventure paths set in the beloved universes of Kong: Skull Island and Pacific Rim.
The Cinematic Adventure Paths (CAPs) are long-form adventure campaigns that take players from Level 1 to Level 10, offering hours of thrilling gameplay. The Kong adventure sees players team up with Mason Weaver and James Conrad to investigate government cover-ups and protect the mighty Kong from a ruthless army general. Meanwhile, the Pacific Rim adventure takes players straight into the heart of the action as they become heroic Jaeger pilots, facing off against terrifying Kaiju and convincing nations to join the fight against the monstrous threat.
The Legendary Bundle isn’t just about epic gameplay, however. The project also includes a 64-page Bestiary filled with stunning illustrations of monsters and descriptions of their characteristics and motivations. Additionally, a 56-page Jaeger Codex is included, offering details and diagrams of all your favorite Jaegers.
Accessibility is also a priority for Evil Genius Games, with the inclusion of accessibility options such as the “Combat Wheelchair” written by noted RPG designer Sara Thompson.
The Kickstarter campaign has already surpassed its initial goal of $30,000, with over $86,737 pledged and 850 backers. The project still has 26 days to go, ending on June 6th, so there’s still time to join the ranks of heroic Jaeger pilots and protect Skull Island from danger.
