Gav Thorpe Joins Konflikt ’47 Writing Team at Warlord Games

Warlord Games has announced that Gav Thorpe, a well-known figure in the world of tabletop gaming, has joined the writing and development team for Konflikt ’47.

Thorpe is widely recognized for his extensive work with the Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 franchises, including several popular novels such as The Sundering trilogy and Deliverance Lost. His achievements include receiving the 2017 David Gemmell Legend Award for Fantasy for his novel “Warbeast.”

His previous involvement in developing the 2000 AD series of games for Warlord Games has been well-received, positioning him as a strong addition to the Konflikt ’47 team. Known for his interest in World War II themes and alternate history, Thorpe’s background aligns closely with the creative direction of Konflikt ’47, which mixes historical elements with speculative fiction.
