MÖRK ORG RPG Launches on Kickstarter: A Horrific Office Satire Inspired by MÖRK BORG

A new roleplaying game inspired by the workplace satire of “The Office” and the grim horror of MÖRK BORG is now live on Kickstarter. MÖRK ORG invites players into a fictional office setting filled with mundane routines, eerie occurrences, and dark humor. The game’s environment is designed to reflect the typical challenges and absurdities of office life, including lengthy meetings and malfunctioning equipment, with an added supernatural twist.

Created by the team behind other MÖRK BORG-inspired projects like Tyrannosaur Inside and FOUR BORG, MÖRK ORG is their most extensive project to date. The creators share that the project has been in development since 2022, with a focus on maintaining quality across art, writing, and design. According to CM Lowry, project lead, the game seeks to present familiar office experiences in a stylized, horror-infused setting.

The Kickstarter campaign offers various pledge options, including digital and physical editions. The book itself will be a 100+ page hardcover printed on premium recycled paper, featuring rules for character creation, gameplay, and several adventure modules. Contributors to the project include MÖRK BORG creators Johan Nohr and Pelle Nilsson, as well as other notable RPG designers.

The campaign has already surpassed its initial goal, with stretch goals adding contributions from several industry creators. The MÖRK ORG Kickstarter runs through November 28 and offers early backers a variety of exclusive materials and editions.
