Hybris – Twilight in Olympus by Aurora Game Studio Available for Preview on Gamefound

ByTGN News Team October 1, 2024October 1, 2024

Aurora Game Studio has unveiled a preview of Hybris – Twilight in Olympus, the second act of the Hybris trilogy, on Gamefound. Set 200 years after the events of Hybris – Disordered Cosmos, the game thrusts players back into Ancient Greece, where the legendary city of Troy stands at the center of a conflict between powerful factions. Zeus and the Achaeans are launching an assault on Troy, the last stronghold of the Eye of Nyx artifact. Standing in their way are other Olympians, determined to protect the city and stop Zeus’ relentless campaign. Meanwhile, the Mystics, a neutral faction, observe the conflict from the sidelines with their own hidden objectives.

This game for 2 to 3 players blends area control, warfare, and political intrigue over the course of 8 rounds, representing the long siege of Troy. Each faction features a unique playstyle, allowing players to program their actions in secret before the intense action phase begins. The Achaeans aim to conquer Troy through a combination of military and economic strategies, while the Trojans focus on enduring the siege. The Mystics operate behind the scenes, manipulating events to achieve their secret objectives before either of the other factions can claim victory.

While the full campaign for Hybris – Twilight in Olympus is scheduled for early 2025, players can now preview the game on Gamefound.
