A new stand-alone expansion of the popular deck-building game Astro Knights has been announced on Kickstarter, and it’s already a huge success. The new game, called Astro Knights: Eternity, has exceeded its initial funding goal of US$20,000, raising an impressive US$90,446 from 1,277 backers in just a few days.

Astro Knights: Eternity is set in a distant future where the legendary Astro Knights have disappeared, leaving the galaxy defenseless. A new group of unlikely heroes must step up and become the new Astro Knights to face a new threat – a group of monsters that have awakened on a barren planet.

A group of five Astro Knights stands together, exuding an aura of eternity. They wear sci-fi attire with glowing elements, robots, and cybernetic enhancements. The starry sky backdrop heightens the high-tech, space-themed atmosphere in this epic stand-alone expansion.

The game features a cooperative gameplay mode for 1-4 players, with a recommended age of 14+. Players will have 60 minutes to work together to defeat the Boss before it destroys their team or the Homeworld they’re defending. What’s unique about Astro Knights is that the players’ decks are never shuffled, adding a strategic element to the game that sets it apart from other deck-building games.

Astro Knights: Eternity also introduces new game mechanics and the all-new Expedition System, adding even more variety to an already diverse gameplay experience. The four bosses in the game each have their own decks and abilities, meaning that players will need to adapt their strategy based on the boss they’re facing.
