The Warhammer Community has released an exclusive excerpt from Rob Young’s new novel, Longshot. The novel follows the exploits of the Astra Militarum, a regiment of the Imperial Guard in the 41st millennium. It tells the story of a group of soldiers who must battle against overwhelming odds to save their home world from destruction. The excerpt gives readers a glimpse into the action-packed narrative and introduces some of the characters that will feature in the novel. Longshot is set to be released on February 2nd, 2021.
