GCT Studios Previews New Bushido Artwork

GCT Studios continues to work on Bushido, and I, for one, am always excited about what they come up with. In this case, they’re coming out with a griffon. I don’t currently play the Kage Kaze Zoku faction… but I just might start up, what with getting a griffon and all.

GCT Studios Previews New Wave 38 Artwork, Gives Company Update

GCT Studios has gone through some changes in the past year. There’s been an upswing in players, and this has led to greater resources for those behind the company. However, it also means more time devoted to the product, which can be hard. It’s sad to say that one of the founders, Toby, has left. However, Odin and Gordon are working harder than ever, and they’ve got a look at some Bushido Wave 38 artwork to prove it.

GCT Studios Previews New Artwork For Bushido

It would seem as though Gordon and Odin have gone a little ape over at GCT Studios. And by that, I mean that they’ve posted up a new piece of artwork for Bushido featuring a new ape character. They’re also being a bit of a tease about it, not giving us much info beyond just the art piece. So if it’s a new faction or an addition for an existing one, we’re not 100% sure.

GCT Studios Previews Bushido Wave 37 Artwork

GCT Studios is giving us a sneak peek into what’s coming up for Bushido. They’ve posted some new artwork for minis that’ll be released in Wave 37 for the game… … plus an extra. Yeah, apparently they posted one piece that isn’t going to be in the next set of releases. But hey, we can still look at it and say how cool it is. Just gotta wait a little longer until it hits your tabletops.

Serengeti: A Race for Life From GCT Studios Up On Kickstarter

Ecosystems are fragile things. Everything is interconnected. Change one thing and you change everything. This is certainly true out on the Seregeti. It’s that balance that GCT Studios looks to replicate in Seregeti: A Race for Life. It’s a new card game that they’ve got up on Kickstarter now.

GCT Studios Teases Bushido Wave 36 Artwork

Wave 36 is apparently going to be bringing something new to Bushido from GCT Studios. What is it? I don’t know. I tried asking Odin but he was pretty tight-lipped on the whole thing. Cheeky bastard. I know he’s holding out on me. For now, we’ve just got this little art preview to go on.

It’s always cool to see new artwork coming out for the games we play. Will it be some cool soldier in armor? Maybe a monk in robes? Or maybe it’ll be a spider monkey. In the case of the new artwork preview for Bushido‘s Wave 35 from GCT Studios, it’s a bit of that. In-particular, that spider monkey…

GCT Studios Previews Okyo Ashigaru For Bushido

Along with the various heroes and creatures that you can use in Bushido, you shouldn’t overlook some of the nameless troopers that can help fill out your force. They might not be as good a sorcerer or swordsman, but they can help out with completing objectives and tying up enemy pieces. The Ito Clan is looking to get a pair of Okyo Ashigaru in the next wave of releases.
They also give us an update about how The Pioneers Program is coming along.

The Pioneers Program Available On Tabletopia

Electronic versions of games can really be handy when you’re not at home but you want to play a game. I mean, most of us don’t have a whole game library at our offices that we can pull from during lunchtime. And even those of us that do, we might not always have the room to spread out and play a game. As such, virtual tabletop programs can really be of big help. They can also help you decide if you want to back a game on Kickstarter or not. For example, The Pioneers Program is up on Kickstarter now, but they’re also available to try out on Tabletopia.

GCT Studios Launches The Pioneers Program Kickstarter

Well, it’s happened again. The world’s come to an end. Damnit, Carl! I told you to not push that button. Now humanity is spread across a nuclear wasteland, having to huddle together, scavenge resources from the surrounding desert, recruit new survivors, and perform research for the Arc in order to get the world back to a somewhat-livable state. That’s also the situation in GCT Studios’ new board game, The Pioneers Program, which is up on Kickstarter now.

At Gen Con, in the GCT Studios display case, up at the top, off to one side, there was a model. At the time, it didn’t have a name, but it certainly was causing a bit of a stir.
