Get Ready to Race with Lights Out Racing: The Exciting New Board Game Inspired by F1

Lights Out Racing, a board game inspired by the world of FORMULA 1 racing, has just surpassed its Kickstarter funding goal of $5,000 by raising over $11,000 with 31 days left to go. The game, which is designed for both novice and diehard racing fans, offers a thrilling and fast-paced experience of competing against other drivers to see who can cross the finish line first.

The game uses various elements of FORMULA 1 racing in its gameplay, including the Energy Recovery System (ERS), Drag Reduction System (DRS), overtakes, braking zones, pit stops, and track position. It is designed to feel as real as possible, providing an immersive experience of the sport in the comfort of your own home.

In each turn, players roll two colored dice simultaneously, and all the drivers move their cars according to the value of the dice roll, starting with the driver furthest from the lead. However, the game incorporates much more than just dice rolling, as each turn requires players to use their strategy to deploy their ERS, DRS, and pit stops to gain an upper hand.

Lights Out Racing comes with four tracks, each with a predetermined number of laps, and players can adjust the game’s length depending on how much time they have to play. The game also features high-quality materials and conforms to safety standards.

Mahtgician Games, the company behind the game, is driven by a passion for creating games that bring people together and create lasting memories. Their lifelong passion for playing games has inspired them to create immersive experiences that can cross generations.

The Kickstarter campaign for Lights Out Racing ends on May 17, and those who pledge their support will receive two game boards with four unique tracks, black and colored dice, driver cards, racecars, colored counters, and a rule book. By supporting the game, players will not only get a chance to experience the excitement of FORMULA 1 racing but also help bring the world’s most addictive sport to their tables.
