Yes! I’ve been eagerly awaiting these guys and the figures do not disappoint!

  • Those are some wacky fellows. I can’t decide if I love them or hate them. I’m definitely not digging the weapons, but the rest might find a way into the service of my inquisitor and his Grey Knight buddies.

Are these for a particular game?

  • mourelle

    Nemesis Miniature. It is spanish.

    • Zac

      Also available in English

    • Veritas

Yes, there is a starter set called Arbonte’s Menace, (Arbonte is the living, ambulatory forest in the game world,) and you can get it in Spanish or English. I love it. Can’t recommend it enough, but it does have a very different sort of aesthetic model wise.

The back banners remind me of the old human Chronopia figures, especially the Repulsar Knight.

That’s not a bad thing, either, especially considering how much nicer these models look.

    • Sergus

Yeah, Repulsar Knights were one of the references I had for designing these guys. The Kingdom of God had similar banners, so it was really obvious.

And thank you for doing so. I got into Chronopia just before the company imploded and still have some fond memories of the game.

I picked up Arbonte’s Menace a couple of weeks ago. Very excited. The rich art production and the high-quality, super-imaginative miniatures harkened back to the excitement I felt with Rackham’s products.

  • Nightbee

I hadn’t heard about the starter. Very excited to pick one up.

How does the game Nemesis play?

    • Sergus

Well, it’s a skirmish fantasy game.

You have a general, some characters, some regiments ( 2-5 miniatures ), creatures, warmachines… Each character can order the troops ( regiments and creatures or warmachines ) to do something ( march, charge, shoot… ), and the turns are alternate, so you order something, your troop do it and then the other player do the same.

  • I wish they would change their top banner on the website so i could browse it while at work

  • Sergus

There’s a new web, with new banner.
