From the preview:

Boy howdy! Today’s DC HeroClix: Batman Classic TV preview takes us to the Old West, where we visit with a bloodthirsty buckaroo who breaks the rule that bad guys only wear black hats. We’re pleased to present to you the Conniving Cowboy of Crime, Shame!

Whoah! Hold up here. Does the actual figure have that “BAM!’ bubble attached to it? That is sooo awesome! It looks like all of the Classic TV figures are like that. Sound effects modeled onto miniatures — I am totally ripping that idea off for my WH40K orks, because who doesn’t need a model with dakka dakka dakka text issuing from its shooter?

half the fun in following you is trying to figure out when you’re serious and when it’s factitious…

Totally serious on this one. I really like dynamic posing and larger-than-life conversions for my orks. My BigMek, or whatever they are called, is using his mechanical arm to tear a guardsman in half with a rhino hatch. Having “WAAGH” of “BLAM” would look pretty good with that. Plus, I think tournament-type players would really hate it, which is a plus in my book.

Yes! Get the pysch warfare going for the tourneys!

I don’t play the tournaments, but I played against someone who does a while back and it was miserable. He was all pissy about me using Elmo figures to proxy stuff (because most of my actual figures are completely dismembered while awaiting conversion . . . and because the 28mm plastic Elmos I found are hillarious).

What?! Where do i gets me some 28mm sesame street???

          • Soulfinger

$5 for 24 at Big Lots. They are very tall Elmos, so not true 28mm, but as big red monsters go, they fit in on the gaming table just fine.

If you click on the site/image and pull the original image up it sure looks like the BAM is included.
