Well, we've got the Dungeon Masters Guild. So it seems as though all the players have also unionized and become the D&D Adventurers League (whether or not they're extraordinary gentlemen is up to the individual). This is much like the Dungeon Masters Guild, but for players. Obviously, you're not going to be posting adventures, but you can post the details of your heroes you play.
Starting with the next D&D Adventures Season, anyone can download the free League Kit that will be placed in the Dungeon Masters Guild site. Using that adventure, you can then use those adventures for your characters, recording their exploits in the League website. This will allow you to track how things are going, as well as see how others are making their way through the various campaigns.
