War Griffon Miniatures are pleased to start off the New Year with the release of Seline a Female Human Paladin, sculpted and painted by Steve Buddle:

From their website:

Cast in high quality resin this figure is 54mm scale, and comes in 4 parts (main body, left hand and shield, right hand and sword, and scabard, also included is a 40mm round base). More photos and prices can be found on the MDP website

This is just the start of our releases for this year and we have to admit we have some very nice releases planned as we come towards the end of what was the Eolith range of figures during the first half of the year we will have a pre-release of a brand new figure at Salute this year for those of you attending and we have also just received a figure from the sculptor who we are keeping busy as well as a new bust that will be released in late February early March so all in all a busy year is planned.

Really tired of the female paladins. There are hardly any decent male paladin figures. I once did a count of female paladins in terms of figures and characters in DND and it was something like 10 to 1….Pretty silly to keep pandering to a minority of players.

Great to see female miniatures that look like they’re ready to fight rather than simper around a lonely sleazeboy’s imaginary love-dungeon.

Would love to see them in 28mm… I can dream 🙂
