A lot of us enjoy going to the movies. But we all know those friends that, while they love going to movies, they love talking about movies more. You know, the ones that've seen everything and love discussing basically everything and anything about them. Well, you don't have to be the "most dedicated movie-watcher ever" to enjoy a game like Tropes: Horror Show Edition, but it certainly couldn't hurt.
In Tropes: Horror Show Edition, you and a group of friends are trying to come up with a scene for a horror movie. Using various cards that represent the various tropes found in such movies, you collectively decide the fate of the hapless character. Will they get away from the chainsaw-wielding psycho-murderer? Will they get axe-to-face? That's up to you and your co-conspirators, I mean, players to decide.
The game is up on Kickstarter now. The campaign's just shy of half-funded with still 15 days to go.
