Demented Games Previews Sergeant Clark For Twisted

I wish I was faster than I am. I mean, not that I really need to run a lot during the day, but it's a nice thought. I also hate it when I'm trying to carry things and just don't have enough hands. In other words, I'm super-envious of Sergeant Clark, a new figure coming in the Wave 2 set of releases for Twisted. He's got a huge wheel to ride on and 4 arms with which to carry things. Check him out.

The Twisted online store is now open

Demented Games now has the first miniatures from their Twisted line available online. The first two steam-powered creations are Ollyver (for the Dickensians) and Nouveau (for the Servants of the Engine).
Note that these are Limited-Edition Resin runs of these minis, with only 500 of each made. If you want one, you'd better get on your steam-horse and ride.
Expect monthly releases from here on out from this great, new gaming company.

Demented Games to release Twisted Minis prior to game releases

Demented Games has announced that they'll be releasing the minis for Twisted prior to the release of the game, itself. The miniatures will be starting to come out in February. They'll be in resin and metal, since Demented really wanted to make sure the miniatures were the highest quality possible. The full game will still be on Kickstarter later this year, but they wanted to go ahead and get the minis into your hands as soon as possible.

From the post:

In this next stage of the process, I've added the main shapes of the clothing and started on the detail work. I think this stage shows why it is important to start with the correct anatomy as a foundation, especially for a miniature like this one where lots of flesh will be shown. It's a lot easier to get the anatomy looking right in the first stage, before worrying about adding clothing or detail work over the top. Once you start adding clothing and details, it gets very difficult to go back and correct any of the underlying anatomy!
