Hi All!!

Here's the first official preview of the Nova Aetas' miniatures! The Squire, the Slavic Mercenary, the Gypsy and the Faun Warrior are the first 4 prototypes of what will be the final models of the characters in the base box of Nova Aetas! Although they are still WIP we are excited of how proceed their production, and in the next few days we show you in more detail every model one by one!

Hello to all!
Today we present the concept art of Iacopo Adoaldi, mercenary captain.
Youngest son of one of the most powerful venetian families, having no hope of an inheritance, being the last of four brothers, he built his fortune by fighting hired by highest bidder, anyway, keeping his allegiance to his homeland, the Republic of Venice .

His fighting style favors agility with a superlative style acquired through years of training and that does not require heavy armor.

Its free company is famous throughout the italian peninsula for the many victories and the unorthodox methods adopted thanks to the tactical acumen of Iacopo.

All this (coupled with his irresistible charisma and charm...specially for ladies), makes Iacopo Adoaldi one of the most dangerous opponents that the heroes of Nova Aetas will face in the course of their adventures...

The enemies in Nova Aetas are managed by an artificial intelligence (AI), that let you play in cooperative mode, and solo mode, against the game.

During the encounters each enemy pursues its own goal, which may change at each event, against which the heroes must act to complete their mission.

Nova Aetas integrates a system that simulates the AI based on two fundamental factors:

Hi all! today we speak about the Main Campaign of Nova Aetas and we show you the concept art of the Faun Musician!

The adventure path starts from the events related to the famous war between the League of Cambrai and the Republic of Venice began in 1508. Through a long, non-linear, series of missions, the characters of your Free Company will be increasingly involved in the conflict.

Each mission will test the skills of your heroes facing challenges and choices always different, trying to accomplish the required objectives and, of course, survive.

In each game session the characters will be called to take choices that will affect the entire Campaign, that choice will determine which will be the next mission, making it ever different the path that every Free Company will face.

The main aspect of Nova Aetas is the flowing of time.

Every action made by the characters, every decision taken will be marked by temporal flow.

Each move has an amount of time used to carry it out, every movement is measured in terms of time.

Thanks to an original and intuitive round management system Nova Aetas will offer a new, different gaming experience from what has been introduced so far on the board games.

Careers and Classes
During the game development, characters may change classes.
Thanks to an evolution system, each character can reach to get to one of the classes of the final game.

In Nova Aetas a multiplicity of classes are provided, divided into four main branches (careers); each party may be built up with any combination of them.

At the start of a campaign players can form their party by choosing from four basic careers:
The pious NOVICE
The smart APPRENTICE
The proud SQUIRE
And the cunning SCUM.

Nova Aetas - Dark Renaissance Tactical Game

Game Modes

Nova Aetas has been designed to offer high playability and longevity, so there are three different game modes: Solo, Group or Duel.

Solo Mode - Challenge the game relying only on your own strength, control up to three characters struggling against the AI (artificial intelligence) of the game.

Group Mode - Play in a party with your friends, venture into the events narrated by the main campaign or take the challenges of the missions.

Duel Mode - Challenge your friends to a duel in a clash between six characters, choose the battleground between battlefields and arenas specifically designed to build up your Glory.
