Ugh. This morning, I woke up feeling like I was 100 years old. You'd think I had taken almost 2 weeks off from doing my workouts and then got back into them again just yesterday... ... oh... Well... There we are, then. So, while I finish typing today's posts up and then go lay in bed, listening to my body yell at me for being an idiot for letting it go 2 weeks without a workout (even though it's the one that told me it needed time off), I'm also going to listen to some gaming podcasts. This week we have:
The Nerdherders were at Adepticon and they want you to hear about all the cool stuff they saw, tried out, bought and threw away!
the dead return from their graves to feast upon the living...games...we think
In this episode we take a look at all the Tyranid previews for the upcoming Tyranid codex. We also discuss what models may require tweezers, super glue, and accelerant. Catch our post-Adepticon wrap up later this week!
Not going to sugar coat it, there are a ton of games in here. You don’t need to hang around here reading some long paragraph about how much we enjoyed this game or that. You just need to dig into the episode and let the noise consume you. But before you go, lot of love in this episode for some games and who would have thought a power source would matter so much.
Craig interviews Mike Tunez of Firelock Games. They discuss the challenges of small gaming companies dealing with the pandemic, supply line issues, and a new kind of PVC-like material injected molding technology that is allowing these small companies to crank out excellent quality minis, in good numbers, far cheaper than metal, and do it domestically.
