Love Letter

There's a new version of Love Letter coming soon from Z-Man Games. The game has been around for a little bit now, and fans love it. They want more. And Z-Man Games is giving you more with the game now seating up to six players.

Love is in the air everywhere that you go. Many of you exchanged love notes yesterday with your significant other(s). Soon, Z-Man Games will be doing that as well with a new edition of the classic, Love Letter.

First comes love. Then comes marriage. At least, that's how the old saying goes (well, "saying" being an old mocking tune, but still). Love Letter has been reskinned several ways, but now things are getting serious. The wedding invitations are going out, and it's time to get hitched (shotguns optional). Z-Man Games is taking orders for Love Letter: Wedding Edition.

Well, it would seem as though someone has some mail. Z-Man Games has acquired Love Letter, the quick social deduction card game, from AEG. Along with the original version, this acquisition also includes some of the other versions of the game that also are out there.
That's quite a piece of mail.
November's a pretty big month for game releases. So begins the big push for the holiday shopping season and everyone wants their products on people's lists. Well, the folks over at AEG have posted up their releases they'll be coming out with this month so you can plan your purchases ahead of time.
Hey there, everyone. I hope you're all having a great Saturday. I just got back from the grocery store (I'm typing this up a decent amount earlier than it is set to go live) so I can get ready to have some company over for a low-key Halloween party. I'm making cookies, chocolate-coated peanut butter balls, and gumbo. Should be a good time. I'm sure a lot of you have somewhat similar plans.

As for the moment, though, before I dive into a bit of last-minute cleaning and then work on cooking, let's get you those gaming reviews I know you all so desperately desire.

This week we have: Bankers and Robbers, Dungeon Saga, Harry Potter Deck-Building Game, Conquest Games' Medieval Archers, Mysterium, Aeon's End, Love Letter: Premium Edition, Mortem Et Gloriam, The Networks, Eclipse: Shadow of the Rift, Tumult Royale, Necronomicards, Cthulhu Crusades, and Loony Quest.

Licensing properties can cause some... interesting situations for us, the consumers. Things like "regional DVDs" and such can make it so a thing we want might be a bit tougher to get than usual. Well, such is the case with Star Wars Love Letter. Yeah, it's available from Hobby World. But unless you've got a contact who's also a Cossack, you might not be able to get one.
What time is it? It's... time to find love! Or so the folks at Cryptozoic and AEG would have you think. They've teamed up to bring you a new version of Love Letter. This time it's mathematical with Adventure Time.
