Holy Grail Games

Even if a Kickstarter is doing well, that doesn't mean that there couldn't be fundamental improvement that change how the overall campaign should be run. So, while Holy Grail Games' previous Kickstarter for Titan, their upcoming board game, was well over its funding goal, headed for 2x, Holy Grail Games cancelled it and will be relaunching soon.

In the distant future, humanity has spread out into the solar system in search of resources. On Titan, Saturn's largest moon, they've hit the jackpot. Now, companies are sending out teams to extract all manner of material. Setting up those facilities and connecting them together is your goal in Titan, a new game from Holy Grail Games coming to kickstarter next week.

This game belongs in a museum!
This game is Museum!
... You ever say a word enough that it starts to sound funny? ... Museum...
Anyway, after a successful Kickstarter and sending out games to backers, the rest of us can now get in on the set-collecting action. Museum is now available from Holy Grail Games.

It belongs in a museum!
It was the call of Dr. Jones, and it's going to be your thoughts, too, when you play Museum. In the game, you take on the role of a museum curator, looking to find the greatest items to add to your collection. Fitting the game's from Holy Grail Games, since I know a lot of people want to see that in a museum. Anyway, they'll be launch a Kickstarter for the game next month.
There are some that want to revamp how we elect the President here in the US. Well, in Outlaws: Last Man Standing, a card game coming from Holy Grail Games, it's certainly a bit different than just casting a vote. In the game, players take on the role of a Western governor looking to become the President. But, standing in their way, are the other Governors (there can be only one president, after all). Through deception, trickeration, and possibly other underhanded maneuvers, they'll look to become the one that gets elected. The game is coming to Kickstarter next month.
I told you that everyone's coming out with their Gen Con announcements! But you didn't believe me! Why didn't you believe me!?!?
... Man, Ren & Stimpy got dark...
Anyway, entirely unrelated to that is the story about Holy Grail Games posting up what new releases they'll be bringing to the show. I'm sure people's shopping lists are filling out.
For centuries, a mysterious gate on the planet Asteros has laid dormant. Any attempts to study or activate the gate ultimately proved fruitless. There are many theories about what it could be, including a portal to a parallel world or a way to instantly travel across the galaxy. Well, that gate has suddenly opened up. Cursory inspection seems to suggest that it wasn't something on this side of the gate that caused it to become active, and so now there's a worry that something unknown might want to come through. Something horrible. So now the race is on to try and close the gate before whatever's on the other side can make it here. That's the story behind Rising 5, a new board game that's up on Kickstarter.
With tens of thousands of gamers converging in the ICC (I can see those lights in my sleep...), it's a great place for companies to show off new games that they're coming out with Holy Grail Games is no different and they've got four new ones that they'll be showing off at the show.
