It would seem as though, once more, the world has come to an end. Damnit, Carl! I told you that you should go to the doctor to get that cough checked out! Now the world is overrun by rapidly-mutating people and animals. We have to get to the laboratory where the virus was created and see if we can find a cure before all hope is entirely lost. That's also the story behind Virus, a new board game that's up on Kickstarter now.
Ok, everyone, we're progressing along at a nice, steady pace through the week. We can keep this up. We can manage to continue this direction and speed and the weekend will be here before we know it. But we should stock up on energy. A great way to do that is via some bite-sized gaming stories. Good thing that's just what we have for you now.

Today's snippets include: New Tokens and Scoreboard Available From Advanced Deployment, Guild Ball Bag Standard Load Out Available From Battle Foam, Rebel Minis Releases 28mm Unarmed Civilians, Brigade Models Release New 15mm vehicles, Bombshell Miniatures launches KritterKins Kickstarter, Final Days For The Vampire, the Elf and the Cthulhu On Kickstarter, and Last three days for 25% off with intro deal At EZPainter.

Well, I tell you what, if you're going to name your game, name your game. Some games are good but the name of it doesn't instantly pull you in. That's not really the case with this one. When I first opened the news item, I went, "Well... now I've got to know more about what this game's about." Well, it seems pretty interesting-sounding from the campaign up on Kickstarter.
Oh, hello there, Friday. Didn't see you come in. No, no, it's fine. Have a seat and stay for a while. You know everyone's pretty happy to see you around. Here, why don't you have a snack? I've prepared a platter of bite-sized gaming stories for you to nosh on.

What've we got? Well, let's see.

It appears that we have: Virus Board Game Coming To Giochistarter, Dark Sword Miniatures acquires all rights to both Hot Lead Miniature Painting DVD Sets, Play testers needed for Nine Dragons "The Wedding Banquet" introductory adventure for Honour RPG, Kaptin Orc Available From Kromlech, New American Revolution Figures from All the King's Men, New Xin Trade Fleet Troops Available From the Ion Age, Topside Minis Releases Battle Off Samar Set, Legendary Metal Coins is Live on Kickstarter for Season 2, Brigade Models Releases New 6mm SF Infantry, and New Releases Available From Hitech Miniatures.

Welcome back TGN readers. It's been quite a weekend for a lot of my friends, as they're posting all sorts of fun pictures from Dragon*Con downtown. Meanwhile, I made pumpkin cheesecake snickerdoodle cookies, because I can.
Ladies, I'm available. *eyebrow wiggle*

But anyway, as for other bite-sized morsels, let's take a look at some of the shorter stories we've collected over the past couple days.

In today's batch we have: Hitech Miniatures Releases Standar Bearer Gothmor, Final Hours for Blackwater Gulch on Kickstarter, Iron Week 2015 - France's first Warmachine and Hordes convention, The preorder campaign of Expo 1906 will start on Tuesday,

Friday, glorious Friday. We've once more made it to that glorious day. The weekend stretches ahead of us after a workday like an infinite sea of possibility... Ok, maybe I'm getting a bit dramatic. But hopefully your weekend will include some gaming of some sort. Even if not gaming, itself, then putting together some models or painting or some sort of hobby-related activity. I think I'm going to work on a couple more DreamForge kits I've had for a bit that really need to put together.

But that's the future. The present is a set of bite-sized stories we've collected together from the past couple days.

Today's batch includes: Final days for Bomarzo on Kickstarter, Icarus Miniatures Preview Gabriel Cross 3D Print, Troop Element Trays and Bases now at The Ion Age, Frontier Suns have finally arrived at Lone Gunman Games, and Kromlech New Release - Kri'tho'ann - Herald of Pain.

I love gardens. Honestly, I do. I used to watch Victory Garden on PBS on Saturdays before going out to the LGS. I'd love to visit the famous hedge maze used in The Shining. Versailles is another place I'd love to visit. Well, now I can add the Bomarzo Sacred Grove to the list of places I'd like to go. It's a garden in Italy, and it's also a board game that's up now on Kickstarter, being run by Giochix.
giochix has a Kickstarter campaign up and running for The Foreign King, their new historical board game. In this worker-placement-style game, players are trying to build as many factories and gain as much population as possible in their Belgian provinces. Turn order is crucial, as once a player takes an action for a turn, no other player can also take that action. The game is quick, taking about 40min to play, and has a shallow learning curve, but deep strategy.
The campaign is already more than 3x funded, and so it's on to stretch goals for the next 29 days.
