Baueda is reinforcing the German lines in 1-48TACTIC with a new release. You can now pick up Grenadier Lugwig Geyer and add him to your force.

Fire in the hole!

It's Monday and I'm back at it here. It was nice to have a couple of days off, since from here on out the rest of the month, every gamer knows what's coming: Gen Con. I'll be attending this year, after taking a break from it last year, so, as I say, I'm glad to have had a couple days off, because now begins the sprint to Indy. In the meantime, let's make your gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: TRU-Grid Terrain System Available From Red Dragon Minis, Baseplates Now Available From Tabletop-Art, Lage Medieval Chests and Stronbox Available From Baueda, Hive City Dumpsters Available From Tabletop Scenics, and New Tree Stands Available From Deep-Cut Studio.

It's a new week. And we're into a new month as well. We've made it to June, and Summer (or Winter, for you Southern Hemisphere watchers) will be here soon as well. How the time does fly. "Noticing the calendar" aside, it's time to get you some new terrain pieces to make your gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: 15mm Roman Fort Available From Baueda, New Hive City News Stands Available From Tabletop Scenics, New: Bolt Action Rural Village Set, New: Sarissa Scenery Sets, and New: Bolt Action Battlefield Accessories.

As-expected, the week is just shooting by. Being super-busy will do that to you. I've got a lot more to do, so I'd better nosh on some bite-sized gaming stories.

Today on the platter we have: Dragons of the Red Moon Up On Kickstarter, New Pulp Inc Paper Miniatures Available From Okumarts Games, New 15mm Baggage Available From Baueda, MidKnight Heroes Running Super Chibi Villains Kickstarter, Kraken Dice Releasing Peach Bellini Taffy Dice Set Tomorrow, and King Games running Dunkledorf Fantasy Townsfolk Miniatures Kickstarter.

Everyone in Baueda's 1-48Tactic is a unique, individual person. You're not just playing some nameless grunts, but actual individuals. That's a new German available for the game, Rupert Schneider Obergefreiter. You can go recruit him now.

Halfway there, everyone. We've made it halfway through the week. Congratulations! I hope you've got some gaming planned for this weekend. I've got some plans to hang out with friends, but beyond the vague "hang out," we've not really figured things out. I do have some minis I've been wanting to assemble, so we might have a build party. We'll see. Anyway, as it's Wednesday, that means we need to snack upon some bite-sized gaming stories.

Today on the platter we have: Skirmisher Publishing Releases Viking Warrior Cardstock Characters, New Pirate Ship Bases Available From Tabletop-Art, PicoArmor Releases 3mm Seven Years' War Miniatures, Fantasy Miniatures For RPGs and Wargames Up On Kickstarter, and Baueda Releases New Norman Crossbowmen.

1-48Tactic takes you onto the battlefields of WWII with not just squads of nameless soldiers, but actual individuals, each with their own personality that changes how the game plays. Baueda has released a new figure for the Americans. It's Jack Miller, or "Wild Jack" as he came to be known, mostly for his reckless attitude and hatred for his foes.

Monday... I mean... blech... but it's a necessary part of life. Without Mondays, we can't eventually be making our way back to the weekend, right? Every journey starts with a single step, and that's what Monday is. It's also a day where we try and get your gaming tables looking good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: New 15mm tobruk bunker objective from Baueda and Fantasy Cartography Modular Dungeon Rooms Up On Kickstarter.

And we've swung back around to the beginning and come back to Monday. I guess it's necessary. That whole "time marches on" thing. Might as well make the best of it and make your gaming tables look good.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Sky of War Game Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, New 15mm Tobruk bunkers from Baueda, and Loke BattleMats add new sizes to Death Wastes rubber backed neoprene tabletop mat range.

I know that I just got back into the regular swing of things again, but I'm already ready to just take a couple days off. My weekend will be spent gaming, but of the video variety. Hey, I'm allowed. But while I crunch those 1s and 0s, I'll be needing to snack, and having some bite-sized gaming stories in my tummy will be awesome.

Today on the platter we have: The Mighty Exo-Armoured Dwarves 28mm scale miniatures up On Kickstarter, Lizard City Bases Now Available From Tabletop-Art, Ophidian Menace Fantasy Miniatures Up On Kickstarter, Baueda Releases New 15mm Forest Bases, Riders of the Storm Fantasy Miniatures Up On Kickstarter, and Kraken Dice Releasing Kelpie Dice This Evening.

We're getting there, everyone. It's Thursday, that means it's Friday Eve. That means it's almost the weekend. Just a day and change left to go. If you'll be like me, you'll be doing some gaming. And if you're doing some gaming, you need some good-looking tabletops.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Baueda Releases new 28mm rolled up tarps, tents, camouflage nets, and ropes; Hagglethorn Hollow Terrain Up On Kickstarter; Loke BattleMats Winding Alleys RPG Encounter Mat Now Available; Blacksmith's Guild Game Mat Available From Deep-Cut Studio; and Woodland Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.

And we're back to Friday Eve. I hope all of you are as excited about the weekend as I am. Yesterday, I got 6 new sets of dice from Kraken Dice, and I can't wait to try them out. We've got the next session of our D&D campaign, so that should be fun. But before we get there, we need to finish out the week. So let's do that with our Terrain Corner.

Today we have: Baueda: new 1:48 crashed Kubelwagen Available, Heroic Maps Halloween Sale Happening Now, and Loke BattleMats Autumn Ruins Encounter Mat Now Available.

Wednesday. It's spelled wrong.

Anyway, that aside, it means the week's half over. I, for one, look forward to our weekend coming as soon as possible. I've got some gaming I'll be doing, so you know that makes me happy (my bard, named Lead, will be overthrowing a town. Fun! :D )

But before I incite revolution, I need to stock up on some bite-sized gaming stories.

On the platter today we have: Brigade Models - New Japanese Aeronef Available, New Dogs Set Available From Tabletop-Art, Baueda: New 15mm Merovingian Frankish 496–639AD Army Pack, Fierce Warriors and Monsters Coming to Kickstarter October 18th, and RN Estudio Launches New Website.

Fridaaaaaaay! Woo!

Man, even with a short week, it still felt like yesterday should've been Friday. But it wasn't. Today is. Ah well, better late than never. Time to get everything ready for the weekend. Hopefully you've got plans for lots of gaming. I've got some tonight and tomorrow. And if I'm going to be doing all that gaming, I should load up on bite-sized gaming stories.

Today on the platter we have: Baueda Releases 15mm Carolingian Frankish 639-888 AD army pack, Fat Dragon Games Releases GM Screen of Doom, and Retro Dice: D-PAD D6 Up On Kickstarter.

The week continues its inevitable march towards the weekend. It's been a busy one for me, with lots of releases coming out tomorrow, there's a lot of work to be done. Plus, you know, all the news (that's fit to type). I'm really looking forward to some time off this weekend. I'm getting a bit run-down. But I've still got enough energy to get you your terrain articles.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Battle mat: Axis & Allies: War at Sea - Hexes Available From Warzone40k, New Felled Tree Trunk Terrain From Baueda, and Dark London Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame.

It's Valentine's Day!
... Ok, enough of that.
It's Half-Priced Chocolate Eve!
That's more like it.
But, before we get to those reduced-price bite-sized morsels tomorrow, let's get you some gaming bite-sized morsels today (for free, of course).

On the platter today we have: Kraken Dice Valentine Day Sale Happening Now, New 28mm WWII Jerrycans from Baueda Wargames, The Game Master System by Dog Might On Kickstarter, and Board Buddies Game-Finder App Up On Kickstarter.

As I've said numerous times over the past couple weeks, Gen Con is coming. Like... tomorrow. There's going to be, oh, about a bajillion things going on, so it's best to stock up on some bite-sized gaming stories. Plus, since we didn't get it on Monday (and there's a chance I might not be able to get to it tomorrow), let's go ahead and get some Terrain Corner pieces in here, too.

So, in all we have: 1-48TACTIC now has free add ons, Warzone Studio Releases Gigafactory Battle Mat, Brigade Models Releases 2mm Scale City Blocks, Crocodile Games Releases Remastered Abominable Snowbeast, Badlands: Fantasy Gaming Mat Available from Pwork Wargames, New Statuesque Female Heads on Sale for 10% off, Darkmook Paper Miniatures Releases Supernatural Western Town Terrain, A Dog's Life Introduces Tillman the Skateboarding dog, The Army Painter Announces Runewars Paint Sets, and Arid Plain! Fantasy Gaming Mat Available from Pwork Wargames.

Baueda is getting down to crunch time for their 1-48TACTIC Kickstarter. They're really close to funding, and they're hoping that adding in a bunch more characters will get them across that finish line. There's 6 new add-ons, total (3 each for the 101st American Airborne and the Germans), to help bulk up your forces.
WWII saw many different new weapons and tactics used out on the battlefield. It'd be impossible to represent each and every single way a trooper was kitted out during the conflict... but that doesn't mean companies can't try. Baueda has added 6 new characters as add-ons as part of their 1-48TACTIC WWII skirmish game Kickstarter.
Sometimes you don't want to play a big game of whatever. But if you're a historical miniatures fan, you might feel you've got limited options for skirmish-sized games. Well, 1-48TACTIC looks to change that. It's a WWII skirmish game where you can play with as few as 3-4 figures per side. The game is up on Kickstarter now.
We all know my love of getting things for free. I'm always looking to stretch my gaming dollar, and "free" is about as much as you can stretch it. So, with that in mind, I'm happy to announce that the latest version of 1-48TACTIC is available as a free download off of their website. If you want a WWII skirmish game, it might just be the one you're looking for. Why not go try it out?
We're making our way there, everyone. A 3-day weekend is nearly upon us. Have you gotten your plans set yet? I'm... still feeling mine out a bit. We'll see how it goes. But I do hope to get in at least one game of Guild Ball tonight after work. I'm going to finally get to use those new Hunter's Guild models. And, of course, I want my table to look good, just as you do. So let's work on that.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: More game mats for Runewars from Deep-Cut Studio, District 5 Food Booths Available From Micro Art Studio, BattleMats Running RPG Encounter Mats Kickstarter, Ice Planet Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, and Baueda Releases 15mm Hellenistic Fort.

We've made it to Thursday. Just a couple days now and we'll be firmly into the weekend. As we roll along, you might be thinking about your gaming tables and wanting to make them as good-looking as possible. Good thing that's just what we're here to do now.

Today in the Terrain Corner we have: Pedion Tiles Going Urban Coming to Kickstarter Soon, Dragonlock Ultimate: Dungeon Expansion Set 9 Now Available, New 15mm modular barge bridge set from Baueda, Lands of Mars Gaming Mat Available From Pwork Wargame, and Gaming Mat (BB951) Available From Battlefront.

We're making our way there, ladies and gentlemen. The previous weekend is as far from us as the next one is to us. Have you started getting together any plans? We've got the gaming day at the library coming up this weekend. Gonna hang out and play some Guild Ball and hopefully Fujian Trader. But we've still got a couple days to get through, first. So let's stock up on some bite-sized gaming stories.

Today we have: Luxumbra: Infinity Collectors on Kickstarter, New Silvia Model Available From Brother Vinni, New DBA 3.0 East Frankish or Norman Army Pack Now Available From Baueda, Brigade Models Release Netherlands Aeronef, Gioconomicon Posts Photos From Nuremberg Toy Fair, February Releases Available From Terrible Kids Stuff, PicoArmor's War College is Open, KaYo Miniatures Clown Army Up On Kickstarter, MattimaoPaints Having A Sale On How To Paint Board Game Miniatures Book, Three new SCW 28mm flag sets From Minairons Miniatures, Company B Releases BA-10 Armored Car, Win this Painted Edo Scutter From Bombshell Miniatures, New Age of Sigmar Tokens and Templates Available from Advanced Deployment, Miss Cupidon Available From Predastore, and Oldhammer Goblins Up On Kickstarter.

The middle of the week and the start of a new month. 2017 is already 1/12 in the books. January sure did go by quick (at least for me). Before you know it, we'll be announcing Black Friday sales. Ok, maybe that's a bit much. Plenty of things to do between now and then. And if we want to keep up our strength, we should nosh on some bite-sized gaming stories.
