In this issue we feature a pretty comprehensive guide to wargaming the campaigns against the Mad Mahdi during the first part of the 20th Century written by Alan Hamilton; including nine (9) tabletop scenarios plus wargames organisations and modelling notes. You will also find – airwar over Pakistan 1971, Korean strife in 1991, scenarios set during the SCW, France 1940, Eastern Front 1941, Cold War Germany and on the Meditterranian today. Peter Antill gives some hint'n tips for painting 28mm figures, Rob Morgan tells us about German auxiliary warships and also takes a look at the new Chinese aircraft carrier – the Sun-Yat-Sen. Of course there are all the usual review columns including – 1:600th aircraft, 28mm WW2 Greeks and Timecast's 6mm bunkers and buildings. I'd like to thank everyone who contributed to this issue.
