Sedis is a set of hexagonal game tiles with various markings along the edges. They can be used to play a variety of games, so they’re rather versatile. The tiles are up on Kickstarter now.
From the campaign:
Sedis is a set of tiles with a systematic configuration of pips and blanks along the outer edges of each of its 60 wooden tiles. As with dominoes or playing cards, you can play a huge number of games using the large variety of game mechanics available with Sedis.
With Sedis, you and your friends can create your own games, or just play the games created by us and others in our developing community of players! Our website contains both rules for starting games as well as a growing collection of how-to-play videos and a downloadable print-and-play version of the tiles.
The Kickstarter campaign is over their funding goal, but there’s only 3 days left to go to join in.
