We've all done it. We've been watching a movie or reading a book and the characters will be about to do something and we'll scream at the screen/pages, "Don't go in there!" or "No! Go right! Go to the right!" or something else like that. Well, since we're not in control of said movie or book, we have to watch helplessly as the character does something we know we would never do. Well, what if you could control which way the character goes in one of your favorite stories? That's what the Random Solo Adventure books allow you to do. They're up on Kickstarter now taking on one of the all-time classic stories: Bram Stoker's Dracula.
In the book, you take on the role of Jonathan Harker, the unawares solicitor who is sent to Transylvania by his company in order to work out a deal with Count Dracula. Of course, things are not quite as they seem as Dracula has other goals in mind besides simply getting a summer house. You must learn the clues about Dracula's true nature, maneuver your way through his castle, and avoid becoming dinner, all while making sure Mina, your would-be wife, doesn't come under the vampire's spell.
The campaign just got underway and is set to run for another 29 days.
