The zombie apocalypse has happened (and no, I'm not just referring to how everyone is around the office here... though now that you mention it...). Anyway, zombies came through the city and now pretty much everything is in ruins. However, there were survivors and those survivors need supplies... and you need to get paid. In Race Against the Horde (RATH), it's your job to get supplies out to the survivors while dodging rubble and the occasional pocket of zombies that are still out there. The game is up on Kickstarter now.
The game takes place on a city board laid out in a grid system. You can move across any place that has a line connecting it. Movement is based on mission cards that let you know what needs to be picked up, where it needs to be delivered, and when it needs to get there. But care must be taken, if you're late, your fee goes down and could actually end up making you pay for having delivered the goods if you're too late. So you must pick your route and missions with care.
The campaign is running now and is set to do so for another 24 days.
