Privateer Press is looking for a highly-motivated individual experienced with customer service and possessing an intimate knowledge of Privateer Press products and strong work ethic to join our customer service team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Customer Support Specialist’s primary duties are to assist the customer service team. This includes, but is not limited to:
Assisting customers by phone and email
Receiving and processing customer mispack requests
Generating parts pull sheets from customer mispack requests
Pulling and packing customer mispack requests
Pulling and packing online store orders and preparing them for shipping
Pulling and packing organized play prize kit orders purchased from our online store
Assisting with special projects as required on an as needed basis
Other duties as necessary
