Tuesday, Tuesday, Tuesday.
I’m glad it’s here. My Monday wasn’t the best. Much of the day, I had a headache. Hell, I even managed to wear the wrong shirt (I had my Tuesday shirt on under my Monday overshirt. So, today, I’m reversed of that). So, let’s make sure you’ve got something good to listen to the rest of the week with our Podcast Roundup.
This week we have: Game Classy 156: Warhammer Underworlds: Eternia; Man Battlestations Episode 27; Meeples & Miniatures Episode 241: Baccus 6mm; Polyhedron Collider Podcast Episode 37: Fallout, Kitchen Rush and Ethnos; Epic Gaming Night Podcast Episode 44: The Cost of Gaming; Nerdherders Episode 23 (113): The 2017 Retrospective Extravaganza!; The Cardboard Herald Episode 66: Jackson Pope of Eurydice Games; The Secret Cabal Episode 152: Merlin, City of Iron, DOOM and a Short Topic Extravaganza; SAGA THORSDAY Episode 76: Mutatawwi’a Battleboard and Tactics Pt 2; and Blue Peg, Pink Peg Episode 116: Raiders of the North Sea & Expansions.
With good intentions, the boys go off on a 45 minute tangent about making an 80’s cartoon mini game (again)
Greetings! This month on the MBS Podcast, Greg and Andy tackle two great topics. The first is Ship Miniature Identification; how do you tell what ship is what and who it belongs to on the table? Later, our hosts discuss space combat in the Star Wars universe, and why it seems like Star Destroyers always seem to be exploding!
The Meeples crew get together to catch up with what they have been doing over the last few weeks, chatting about the games they have played and the miniatures they have painted.
For our feature interview, we talk to Peter Berry of Baccus 6mm. We catch up with what Baccus has been doing over the past year, and get a preview of what is coming in 2018.
We hope you enjoy the show.
The Polyhedron Collider boys return to their normal podcast format, venturing into the wasteland of Fallout from Fantasy Flight Games, trying to be the next Gordon Ramsay with Kitchen Rush from Artipia Games and and conquer fantasy lands with Ethnos from CMON. With a little help from the mailbag we discuss Andy’s acquisition disorder, the value of games and just how much are game collection is worth.

Jackson is the consummate craftsman of board games, making small print runs of handcrafted games that he sells all over the world. He initially entered the board game scene with Reiver Games, and now is focusing on growing Eurydice and their premier game, Zombology. During our late night talk, we cover games, craftsmanship, and family.
Wow, it’s been three weeks since our last full episode and we’re making up for it by giving you an oversized, mega jammed packed show! First off Chris gives you another gaming movie review, we announce a new contest and run down all the games we’ve been playing. Then we do a deep dive discussion of Merlin by Stefan Feld. Since we were dumb and missed the look back last time, we’re giving you a Look Back doubleheader, City of Iron Second Edition and DOOM! Then after Tony T goes bananas hooking you up with all the news of the past three weeks, we do another sport topic extravaganza including why we pick the Kickstarters we do, how many add-ons are too many add-ons, what are our gamer pet peeves and what party games we like to break out with our adult friends.
Rodge here. Welcome to SAGA THORSDAY – your weekly source for Saga the miniatures game content! This week, I’m chatting Mutatawwi’a w/ Fenske out of Minnesota, USA!
In this week’s episode:
1) The Pegs discuss their recent game plays including Rising Sun, Manhattan, Muse, and many more;
2) Review the worker placement game, Raiders of the North Sea, along with both of it’s expansions; and
3) Revisit Great Western Trail.
