New Patrician's faction release for Carnevale from Vesper-On

Vesper-On has another new Carnevale release up. This one's a Noble or a Barnaboti (depending on which head you use) for the Patrician's faction.

It also includes an alternate head that you can use to build the figure as a Noble or a Barnaboti.
