The Flames of War website has been updated with several new articles.

Panzerkampfwagen I Ausf F
Many of our Mid-war Monsters are actual vehicles that saw combat, either as experimental vehicles or limited production runs. One such vehicle is the Panzer I F infantry support tank.

German troops in Greece Dodecanese Disaster – Part One
Skies swarming with Stukas, German paratroopers descending on hard pressed and under-resourced island defenders in the Mediterranean. Crete 1941? No, Kos and Leros in late 1943, after the fall of Sicily. The allies, confidently advancing and with Italy collapsing, over-extended themselves and paid the price in one of the lesser-known campaigns of World War II.

Commandos in Normandy Update
In North Africa we took a new approach to how to field a British Commando. Rather than the multiple companies of the old system we have taken elements of the rules for battalion sized units of the Soviets, Italians and Romanians and aspects of the rules for fielding the British carriers. The net result is that you now buy a Commando HQ and a number of Commando Companies that contain one or two Commando Sections.
