The week rolls along (and I’ve got Ace of Spades playing), so you know I’m working at a pretty fevered tempo. If I’m going to keep up this pace as I work on TGN stuff and then get busy with some work on (redacted), I need to get a good meal of bite-sized gaming stories. “I’m your Huckleberry.”
Knuckleduster’s latest version of Doc Holiday, as well as a left-handed baddie named Jim are among last week’s releases. Both are digitally-sculpted by Forrest Harris, and crisply cast in tin pewter.
Figures are $3.50USD each and come with a 25mm MDF slotta base.
These are part of Knuckleduster’s Gunfighter’s Ball collection of modern 28mm (which we call “32mm”), and will fit nicely with Dead Man’s Hand, Copplestone, and other nominally “28mm” figures made today.

RBJ Game Company has been busy rolling out sci-fi miniatures since introducing their heavy armor S.T.A.R. Troopers in the spring of 2016. They have added BDU Troopers, heavy weapons, robots, drones, various aliens and sprues. Ben Rodman developed the concept artwork and Bobby Jackson’s brilliant sculpting ability continues bringing figures to life. The miniatures are spin cast in white metal. You need to check out the detail of these figures which are being masterfully cast by Fortress Figures.
RBJGC has fulfilled two successful Kickstarters and is finishing the third. The Infestor Invasion Kickstarter which featured the alien enemy of the S.T.A.R. Troopers just ended. Set to start fulfillment in a few weeks then all the Infestors will be added to the online store. The Infestors, sculpted by Gene VanHorn, fit nicely on a one inch base making them perfect for tabletop gaming.
RBJ is now bringing out their fantasy line. First up for release is the Hareballs. These creatures were a big seller for Fortress Figures back in the late eighties. Tom Mason has digitally remastered the Hareballs for a brand new release now available in the online store. RBJ has fantasy figures in various stages of development from concept art, design, sculpted and display painting. Watch for new releases throughout the year.
RBJ will also continue expanding The S.T.A.R. Troopers line in 2017.
