Michigan Toy Soldier owner Rick Berry has plead guilty to illegally charging nearly $190,000 US to the credit card of director Peter Jackson. According to another news report Berry was also charged with a similar offence in 1993.

  • My jaw hit the floor when I read this. Many small business do whatever they can to save their business with an honest try. This blows me away that Rick would do this not once but twice and get caught both times!!!! Sorry to say but Rick deserves what he gets for this crime and no mistake about it this is a crime.

It’s a bad situation all around.

unfortunately though, I can’t seem to find any of the court documents, filings, or rulings on this case, so all we have to go by are the media reports.
