Seems it's the hiring season for game companies. We've had Fantasy Flight Games and Warlord Games looking for new team members. Now it's Mantic's turn. They're on the lookout for a new Graphic Designer. Personally, I can't draw a stick figure without 6 weeks of lead-time and a drafting machine, so you don't have to worry about beating my application out for the spot.
The person that Mantic is looking for would be able to deliver top quality graphics on time and on budget, be able to design material including books, game components, and marketing tools, work well with the studio manager and project manager on coming up with a realistic schedule for art items, manage the graphic design process, maintain quality standards for art assets, manage the photography and packaging libraries, and a few other various tasks. So you'd certainly be busy.
