You can never have too many resources for your RPGs. Whether it's the crunch of new rules or the fluff of new world settings. You can easily pick and choose what you like in order to create your own unique gaming experience for your group. Well, a new system-neutral RPG setting book is up on Kickstarter now. It's called Luminous Echo.
The game-world of Luminous Echo is a set of two diametrically opposed places. There's the Dream World, where magic is normal, immortality is common, and things shift and flow continually. Then there's Mhodica. This is the realm of matter. Things follow a natural progression. It's a world that makes sense. For longer than anyone can remember, neither world really knew that the other was more than just a bunch of stories. However, the rift between worlds is thinning, and with it, the two are interacting in ways that nobody is entirely sure what the results will be.
The Kickstarter campaign looks to finish up a world book that will introduce players to the various aspects of the universe. You'll get information about the various worlds, as well as some of the characters that inhabit them, along with various weapons of wonder that exist.
The Kickstarter campaign is about halfway to their funding goal with still 23 days left to go.
