Bailey Records have released Kaiju Kaos - The Miniatures Game
From their announcement:
Bailey Records today announces the long-awaited release of Kaiju Kaos – The Miniatures Game by Bryan K. Borgman (aka Stratos).
"I’m pleased to announce that a long-time dream of releasing my own tabletop miniatures game has finally come to fruition. Through my company, Bailey Records, I am pleased to announce the release of Kaiju Kaos – The Miniatures Game as a PDF download at WargameVault.com," said Bryan Borgman, Bailey Records’ owner. "A year ago, I premiered the game concept at AnCon in Hudson, OH for a handful of players. Over the course of the past twelve months I have been running various scenarios and events at conventions around the US Midwest while also handling the writing and layout chores. Thankfully, I have a fantastic group of editors, illustrators, and playtesters who make it all possible."
Kaiju Kaos – The Miniatures Game is a 28mm/1:56 scale tabletop miniatures game. The basic rules releasing today include a rich timeline of events, detailed description of the weaponry and gear commonly found in the setting, a thorough overview of the rules, and over 60 Stat Sheets for various characters including human heroes, villains, and mercenaries, animated scarecrows, werewolves, dinosaurs, dragons, plant creatures, and Colossal Kaiju.
Also releasing today is Kaiju Kaos – Quick Start, a one-page PDF designed to help players correctly remember how to begin a game while not forgetting key elements like Initiative modifiers and various game-changing Special Abilities. Kaiju Kaos – Quick Start is available for free at WargameVault.com.
Lastly, two unique human sculpts are being released today at AchesonCreations.com. The first is Dr. Kaos, the evil Beng-Arii Syndicate scientist responsible for much of the turmoil the Earth is encountering in Kaiju Kaos. The second is the heroic Special Mission Force Assault Rifle Trooper, which is a multi-part metal model featuring two head sculpts. The third miniature release today is a Size 2 (2" / 50mm) resin base for use when basing toys or miniatures for use in Kaiju Kaos. More bases in a variety of sizes up to 10" diameter will be released shortly.
