Hawk Wargames posted up some new preview pictures over on Facebook over the weekend. Here they are in one place for you to see.

From them to you:

the UCM Archangel – A thoroughbred interceptor. These things rock!
Scourge Warriors – Human hosts. Bit late today, since I’ve been out at meetings all day! Enjoy.
Shaltari Braves – 3 per base, since they fight in armoured warsuits! Enjoy. Back to playtesting I go…

If these are for real, I am going to be in a bad way finacially: they are gorgeous, have a BSG/Cylon feel to some of it and the dropship, if it is actually 10mm….OMG….

  • Zombie_Taco

    They are fantastic looking!

    10mm – what other games do 10mm?

I can think of 6mm and 15mm, but not 10mm.

can anyone give me some example of 10mm.

    • Heavy Gear Blitz and the up-coming (if it ever does) CAV originally from Reaper.

      • Absolutionis

Heavy Gear Blitz is 12mm, also a really odd scale that doesn’t play well with any other existing lines.

It’s 12mm depending how the sculptor felt that day. I’m also pretty sure this game isn’t all to scale. I look at the 12mm Grels and wonder how they are supposed to fit in the tanks/gears. Reminds me of a 40K rhino.

DCommander is going to be all to scale.

      Warmaster was 10mm.

I think i can get 10s to work with my existing 15s ( especially as regards hardware and not figures) and i play Heavy Gear to boot…this is good news from my perspective

Though this whole must-go-to-Fakebook thing is tiring: i quit my account there a year or so back and won’t reup just to see vendors and wares.
