Game-O-Gami still has a week left in their Immortal Kickstarter campaign. They're getting close to their funding goal. They're about 3/4 of the way there. Plenty of time to make up that last bit. But they're not just focused on the campaign at hand, but are already looking forward to their next project. This one switches gears, from the battles of gods to the dark alleys of Ancient Rome.
Blood of Rome takes place in a gothic horror version of the city. Vampires, Werewolves, Gargoyles, Witches, and more roam the dark streets at night, fighting battles that remain hidden from the regular citizens. Players belong to one of five factions, but exactly which one is kept a secret from the other players. Players whose faction has the most victory points at the end are the winners, but if others figure out which faction you belong to, they're certain to do their best to stop you. The game seats 3-4 players and takes 60-90 minutes to play. The game isn't completed yet, but Game-O-Gami hopes to have it out sometime next year.
