It’s time once again for Friday. Now, normally, the week after a “short week” (such as last week) feels like they take forever. At least, to me they do. That’s why if given my druthers, I’d have a Monday off rather than a Friday. You get a long weekend and then a short week, as opposed to a short week, long weekend, then a regular week. But that’s me. Anyway, I’m happy to say that this week feels like it’s just flown by. Here we are already ready for a weekend. And baking fruitcake will be my reward.
But before we can get there, we have some business to attend to, such as a group of bite-sized stories we’ve collected over the past couple days. What sort of stories?

Gigantic Golem – Inventors Giant Hull
We’re thinking of the slogan “big is better.” This is a huge success the very first major project carried out by a design committee. You might say, without exaggeration, that each member had given a ittle piece of themselves to this monumental piece… The llegations that our gigantic golem behaves as if he had schizophrenia? Absolute nonsense, pure and simple. It just has to be understood that such a huge chassis needs to be managed by an entire shem cluster. Kind of a golemic steering committee, if you will.
New Wolsung SSG Expansion book and loads of new Wolsung SSG accesories are available now. Check them out in our online store.
We are very pleased to make the first three vehicles from our late cold war range (mid-late 1980s) available for pre-order. These should ship mid to late next week, based on the caster’s estimate for shipping times to me. Until we have them in stock they are being offered at a discount rate — once they first arrive in stock the price will increase. We have three sets available — a T-72A set, a BMP-2 set, and an M1 (with 105mm gun) set.
We strongly recommend that if you want these to be dispatched promptly after they arrive in stock, you order only these sets. Quantities are limited and the pre-order deal is only available while supplies last.
The Shark Day Miniature is now available!

Krampus is a dark-haired kaijin with cloven hooves, horns of a goat, and a long, pointed tail. Alpine region legends say that when Krampus finds a naughty child, he stuffs the child in his pack and carries the child away to his lair to devour for Christmas dinner. After the Rift, Krampus has occasionally appeared and is blamed for various disappearances and abductions.
Sculpt by Bryan K Borgman (aka Stratos). Produced by Acheson Creations for use in Kaiju Kaos: Smackdown.
Approx. 42mm tall (sole of foot to top of head).
Cost is $8.00 per figure + $4 shipping USA ($14 for international). All pre-order figures would come with a little something extra to show my appreciation. Krampus will be available a variety of colors including: gamer gray, blood red, evergreen, purple, brown, Kickstarter yellow and snow white.

These Monstrous Mutations (scientists theorized were caused by the R.D.S. Virus) – first came wading in at the Island of Bermuda on December 31st 1999.
Humanity as a whole call them “Prometheans” – some of these monstrous R.D.S. mutations stand taller even than an Sentry, those that do either have little (or no) epidermis covering their bodies. Freely showing the muscles, sinews, and tendons that are normally hidden beneath the skin – and yet, they do not bleed (unless injured, which is hard to do). There are smaller Prometheans, usually naked – twisted in back and bone, or bloated – with a wide almost shark like mouth full of ogreish teeth.
The big skinless creatures have been classified by Varian Blackwood as ” Inanis-Cutem” (lit. empty skin), whereas the smaller more stupid creatures are referred to as “Stultus” (lit. stupid) as they lack anything but the most basic intelligence.
The smaller Stultus Prometheans, usually naked – twisted in back and bone, or bloated – with splits in the skin showing the muscles beneath, and a wide almost shark like mouth full of ogreish teeth.
There seeming random attacks on City States world wide – there is a lighting filled bank of fog, they appear – attack and then vanish just as quickly in the same way.
The Inanis-Cutem models (the big skinless ones) are around 90mm tall, and the smaller Stultus models will be around 60mm tall
we have a new release today.

Four squadron actions spotlight a variety of multi-ship tactical situations both historically and hypothetically.
Scenario 1 – the 1811 Battle of Tamatave
Scenario 2 – the 1799 Macau Incident in the Indian Ocean
Scenario 3 – 1814 Action off Montauk which pits British and American frigates in a pre-arranged duel between equals
Scneario 4 – the intriguing Action of 25 September 1806 which matches three French frigates against two British ships of the line in heavy weather – surprisingly more balanced than expected when high seas prevent the British from using their lower deck guns.
