From the campaign:

Hello, we are Battle Systems and we make terrain for 28mm tabletop wargames.

Last year we launched our Sci-fi Modular Terrain right here on Kickstarter. It was very popular and has now been delivered to most of our backers.

Due to many requests we’ve now designed a line of fantasy terrain based on our modular design which is easy to assemble with no painting required. Over the last few months we have been teasing our followers on Facebook and our blog with sneak peeks of our prototypes and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.

Our terrain is ideal for many game systems including Mordhiem, Wrath of Kings, Dungeon Saga, Super Dungeon Explore, Fanticide, Dark Age, Malifaux, Dungeon Quest and D&D amongst many others. It’s also ideal for sci-fi systems where you might encounter labyrinths and dungeon environments, and is completely compatible with our current sci-fi range.

I was born at a very young age. I plan on living forever. So far, so good.
  • Nice campaign, and it funded in 12 minutes, but I’m disappointed in the high pledge level.

You are right. I compared what you get with the dungeon kickstarter with what you got from the sci fi one and it appears you get the same amount of stuff but the basic pledge is about 20 bucks more than the sci fi one. Not a big fan of the “mats” either. I’d prefer card floors like you got/get with the sci fi dungeon. Guess I’ll have to look at this closer as it progresses. I was planning on sinking about 400 bucks into it.

    • Just think of the Dwarven Forge stuff you could get for $400. Although, it’s not near as portable.

Dwarven Forge was essentially US only what with the postage and the customs fees making it insanely expensive for us EUians.

    Hey guys,
Thanks for the feedback. We have kept the prices the same as the last KS. Last time it was £70 and then the UK had to add £8 postage and the rest of world £16. This time we have included the UK postage in the pledge and the rest of world is now only £10. The postage charged now is the same as what we paid on the delivery of the last KS :o)

We did this because last time the UK did not realise that had to add postage and it cause all sorts of confusion, ah well live an learn for us.

    Hope that makes sense
