From across the sea, the largest invasion force ever created is making its way to France. It's D-Day and the Germans are about to find out just what the Allies have been up to over on the Southern coast of Britain. The floatilla is almost there, and they're almost on your tabletops too. Battlefront has started taking pre-orders for new D-Day British for Flames of War.

Now, these figures bring back some memories. Back when I was playing 40k in 2nd and 3rd editions, one of my main opponents played Imperial Guard and had a couple different Valhallan units. And I know I faced down that Commissar Yarrick many times on the battlefield with my Orks. If you're looking to get some of these classic figures, Games Workshop is happy to make them just for you as long as you get your order in this week.

Marvel United looks to bring the action of the Marvel universe to your tabletops. Considering the amount of heroes and villains out there, it's no surprise that there's plenty of room for expansion. This time, we're heading to Africa and the country of Wakanda where they country's vast vibranium and technological resources are being threatened. Check out the Rise of the Black Panther expansion below.

"Candy apple red." "Sky blue." "Cammo green." There's a lot of nouns that tend to go along with a lot of colors. Matching the the color based on noun clues is what you'll be trying to do in Hues and Cues, a new guessing game coming this summer from The OP Games.

It's always important to make sure you have the most up-to-date rules for your game. Something might've needed tweaking because it was unbalanced or the wording was ambiguous or whatever reason. Star Wars: Legion is the latest game to have an update. Fantasy Flight has posted one up, so if you've got an event coming up, or are just a hobby fan, you should make sure you've got the latest version of the rules.

Many of you have maybe read the works of Juan Díaz Canales and Juanjo Guarnido and their comic Blacksad. But even if you haven't, if you're a fan of noir-style games, Cold War espionage, or just anthropomorphic animals, you might want to check out Blacksad: The Roleplaying Game. The game's designed to be easy to pick up for anyone new to gaming, but also in-depth enough to keep us old veterans interested. The game's up on Kickstarter now.

They might be the most random set of superheroes to ever join a group together. You've got a guy stolen from Earth. You've got a talking not-raccoon (only call him one if you want to be blown up). And then there's a walking, sentient tree that can only say one sentence asserting his own name. They're (some of) the Guardians of the Galaxy, and they're coming to Marvel United. Have a look at what will be in this new expansion.

People love pets. There's tons of you out there with kitties and puppies. Maybe some have snakes or hamsters or ferrets. Some of you probably have something rather wild and exotic. Well, why can't your RPG character have a cool pet as well? (I once had a character with a Shocker Lizard familiar) Stibbles Codex of Companions is just chock-a-block full of new critters that you can add to your games as friends for your adventuring party. The book is up on Kickstarter now.

Batman: The Animated Series is one of my favorite cartoons ever. While more a Marvel fan when it came to comic books, I went a bit more DC with my animated shows (except, of course, for X-Men, everyone watched that). Soon, you'll be able to bring all that classic action to your tabletops with Batman: The Animated Series Adventures, the next in IDW Game's Adventures Universal Game System. This new set, along with its expansions, are up on Kickstarter now.

Friday! Woo! I'm certainly excited for a couple days off. This week went by alright speed-wise, but it was just mildly frustrating in places. You know, when there's not anything necessarily big going on that's bad, but just little things here and there. It's alright. It happens. But it'll be nice to be through the other side. Anyway, before we all relax and enjoy some time off, let's munch on some bite-sized gaming stories.

Today we have: New Dice Sets Available From Kraken Dice, Creatures of Cromsfall Horror Miniatures Up On Kickstarter, Mutant Murder Hobo Dice Up On Kickstarter, Head Lopper Custom Dice Up On Kickstarter, and The Women of Tabletop 3d Printable Miniatures Up On Kickstarter.

Frostgrave, the fantasy miniatures game from Osprey Games, is getting a makeover. The game's rules are getting a revamp and overhaul, being revised and expanded from their current version. The new book is coming out in July and will replace the old rulebook, but also contain upgrades for the various supplements that've also come out. In this preview, we get a little look at what's coming along with the new artwork for the cover.

Can't we all just get along? I mean, civilization has come to an end, the atomic bombs have rained down, and we're still fighting. Well, it's time to bring it all together. Fantasy Flight has announced that thaty'll be releasing Fallout: The Board Game: Atomic Bonds, a new expansion that turns the game into a cooperative endeavor.

Hitler: We must take Stalingrad at any cost.
Stalin: We must defend Stalingrad at any cost.

The result was one of the pivotal battles in WWII. The Germans were halted, but at a terrible cost. Millions died. But it showed that the German war machine could be stopped. Soon, you'll be able to recreate the harrowing street-by-street fighting on your tabletops with the Stalingrad Campaign book for Bolt Action.

Ok, so maybe it's not technically a tank and is, instead, an armored mobile artillery piece. But that's just terminology. Anyway, Forge World is now taking orders for their new Legion Arquitor Bombard with Graviton-Charge Cannon kit. If you want to blow giant holes in the enemy's battle lines, this is a good choice for that. They're also taking orders for the softcover version of Horus Heresy Book 8.

Well, I know what faction I'd be playing if I got into the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. The Free Folk are getting a bear. Multiple bears, in fact. Granted, it's not a full bear faction like I've been wanting in games forever, but it's something. The Skinchangers box set is different than most Unit Attachments in that it's more than just a single figure that comes with it. Have yourself a look at how this unique set works.
