When it comes to games, I prefer a shorter game length to a longer one. While there's nothing wrong with games that take 4+ hours to play, they're not generally my cup-o-tea. Dungeon Time doesn't take 4+ hours. It doesn't even take 1 hour. It doesn't even take a half-hour. It takes only 5 minutes. It's also up on Kickstarter now.
In the game, players are adventurers in a fantasy realm. Missions await you, for which you must assemble the right gear in order to succeed. The goal of the game is to correctly match as much gear to a mission as possible, thus being able to complete it. But time is not on your side. There's a 5-minute timer that's going as you play. You also don't want to over-pack. If you do, you'll lose. So while everyone is racing around drawing cards and playing cards, you have to be mindful of what's going on. Thankfully, you're all working together on that.
The Kickstarter campaign just got underway today and is set to go for another 15. They're already over their funding goal, so it's on to stretch goals.
