The Houses in Westeros are at war. And, really, it's not just the great Houses, but pretty much everyone, as we can see from this new set of releases for the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game from CMON. The Night's Watch are taking to the field with their Ranger Trackers while the Free Folk counter with their Followers of Bone. Both sets are available now.
From the release:
Two new unit boxes have made their way to tabletops in the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. The Free Folk and the Night’s Watch are two of the newest factions for the game, and their lines will be getting reinforcements.
For the Night’s Watch, they’ll be getting the Ranger Trackers. They’re the factions light, scout cavalry unit. Able to move up the board quickly, they can make use of their recurve shortbows as well as their Mark Target order to do damage to the enemy in the opening rounds of combat. However, they are not heavily armored, so players should beware of them taking enemy fire themselves.
The Free Folk are getting one of the more unique-looking units for their faction. The Followers of Bone are ardent adherents to the teachings of Rattleshirt, the Lord of Bones. They adorn themselves with all manner of bones taken from fallen enemies. A truly disquieting unit to see across the battlefield, the unit will cause Morale Tests often with their macabre wardrobe.
Both of these unit boxes are on game store shelves now. Be sure to stop by your friendly local gaming store and pick up yours today.
