It should be a surprise to nobody that I have quite the sweet tooth. Making sure I have chocolate or some other kind of sugary treat was a top priority when I started this quarantine. And while I'm not one for stealing, if there was a favorite candy that someone else had... I don't know... Thankfully, there's nobody else around. However, I can still get my sweet tooth snatching on in Sugar Heist, a new card game that's up on Kickstarter now.
From the campaign:
SUGAR HEIST is a card game where players collect, trade, and steal candy cards. Dominate your opponents and strategically heist their sweets as you battle it out for the biggest stash of candy. Sugar Heist is quick to learn, family friendly, and takes 45 to 60 minutes to play.
It was created by Alex Clark, the comedian and animator behind his self titled YouTube channel (4.3M subscribers), and Zach Craley, TV writer (Heroes Reborn, Marvel’s Avengers Assemble, and Spider-Man).
Together they teamed up with Studio71 (The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls and Cyanide & Happiness’s Joking Hazard) to create their most ridiculous game yet. We guarantee that Sugar Heist is THE BEST way to bring together family and friends — so you can betray their trust and steal from them.
Thanks for checking it out!
The campaign's making its way to 7x funded with 23 days left to go.
